About Danseur Co.

Mission

Danseur Co. was established in 2026 by Ryan Lenkey,  inspired by his experience growing up as the only boy in his area training in ballet. Knowing firsthand how isolating it can feel to pursue dance without a community, Ryan created Danseur Co. to build the space he wished he had growing up.

Rooted in the culture of male dancers, Danseur Co. celebrates the community, individuality, and humanity that make dance worth pursuing. We create media, training, experiences, and dialogue that help dancers pursue excellence while building meaningful artistic lives.
